Warner House of Technology offers custom design services either to create a new website from scratch or to redesign and modernize an existing website. Customers can expect a professional, functional website suited to their needs, whether to advertise a business, host an online storefront, showcase a creative portfolio, or any number of other projects.
Our Head Designer has years of experience working with WordPress, as well as directly editing html and migrating older websites to a more modern hosting environment.
Website design is billed hourly at an industry-average rate of $120/hour. Quotes for a full project are available upon request.
Website Maintenance
Our Website Maintenance plan is perfect for the small businessperson stretched thin by their other duties or veterans in the field whose general expertise isn’t quite matched by technical savvy. Warner House of Technology will maintain the “backend” of your website so that it stays online, fast, secure, and spam-free at all times. We offer 24-hour immediate response times whenever issues arise as well as centralized monitoring of each website under our care and regular reports on their health.
This bundle of services includes unlimited downtime, hosting, and performance fixes, security protection, monitoring of site health, guidance on website development, and low-level modification of text or other content already present on the website. More advanced changes to the website’s design or structure fall under our Web Design service instead.
Website Maintenance is offered on a contractual, monthly basis for $39 a month per website with no long-term commitment required.
Tech Support
In addition to the services described above, Warner House of Technology also boasts a rich history of experience in critically troubleshooting a variety of technical issues. Our professional technician holds a Google certification in information technology, as well as expertise in a wide range of IT products, including Google services, the Adobe suite, and all popular business communication software. We are able to assist you with the majority of technical issues you might be experiencing, whether that be with a website or otherwise. This service can be accomplished locally or over voice chat, with remote access if required, using software fully provided by Warner House of Technology.
Tech consulting is billed hourly at a rate of $120/hour, with quotes for specific projects available upon request.
